Pecan gap big and beautiful singles
I’ll usually thrown in oak and pecan on my longer smokes. I was not the first person to do this, so perhaps the tree has been there a minute? In part to avoid massive flooded spots in the trail, and several aggressive dogs that scared the heck out of me last time!
A mile after that point I gave up and turned back as the trees on all sides were encroaching.
Pecan Gap TX 75469 : Maple pecan is delicious defensively buying more of these pods
Went past 4 railroad bridges that required dismount and carefully stepping. Very nice biking trail but not much of a hiking trail. Drove 3 hours, booked 2 nights hotel to ride 30 miles and turn back because the trail is so overgrown and no riding modifications over numerous bridges.
At about 4ish miles or so, trail turns to gravel, not super fun to run on. No thank you For this section I strongly recommend a soft tail. Plus there are a number of other minor changes. Past Wolfe City trail got crazy overgrown with a huge downed tree crossing the trail with boatloads of poison ivy festooning the walkaround I used.
Spreadsheet updated with Maple : What are people’s thoughts?: r/nespresso Go to nespresso r/nespresso r/nespresso
This time I started farther up the trail. Did about 10 miles then ate BBQ in Farmersville, delicious!! Trail is mostly covered by trees, grass and weeds have been taken care of so props to the town for keeping the trail clean.
One for heat the other for flaaaaaaavor, hahaha. Do not mountain bike from Farmersville to Ladonia.
I would guess this section has not been maintained in well over a year with little bike traffic? I've updated my Nespresso Capsules spreadsheet with the Maple Pecan caffeine content values. We did a total of 4 miles.
The History of Pecan : This is a must add to my rotation
I would love to love this trail, and may try once more farther north one day. Extremely disappointed in the condition of this RTT, such a potential asset to community and tourism revenue. My second try of this trail in recent years first was 10 miles NE from the start at Farmersville was a second disappointment.
I love pecan, but it is a fast burning wood (at least in my experience). At about 2. Only made it 7 miles out from Farmersville Town Hall trail start so no idea what lies beyond 7. Do not plan on mountain biking this trail without lots of disappointment.
Beautiful shady trail. We will probably come back with bikes. Helmet with face shield would be nice due to the quantity of spiders across the trail.
